Refund Policy
Nettalk Voice VOIP Refund PolicyNormally VoIP accounts are non-refundable. But in special cases, we entertain refunds which are limited to below conditions.
Refund dconitions:-
1. If for any reason your card or your VoIP service does not work.
2. If you have never used your Service or if your VoIP Account balance is the same as the amount recharged the last time. If the account is used for more than 10% of the initial account value, then there will be no refund. For eg: if more than $1 is used out of a card which has $10 value, then there will be NO refund. All refunds are done for wholly unused accounts and/or accounts that are used less than 10% of the account value. This is applicable to both new accounts and recharges.
3. Refund will be done if the client is not allowed to use the VOIP services in his/her country by law.
4. All refunds will be liable to payment processor charges.
5. The refund will be done to any client, ONLY if requested within 30 days of purchase.
6. Refunds will be done after deducting all charges held by the payment processor while we receive our payment. That means we refund the exact money which we received from the Payment processor in case of full refund.
7. Refund can be requested only by the person who initiated the purchase by giving purchase details. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to be processed. We have zero tolerance towards scammers.

Please send an e-mail to our Customer Service with an indication of the amount that you have transferred, the date on which your account has been recharged and your Account ID in order to cancel the recharge of your VoIP Account. We will send you an email confirmation and refund you the payment within 7 working days if your request complies with our Refund Policy.
